Has anyone made a list of modifications for this swap donor is a 1994 F-150 5.0 H.O. 302 recipient is a 1991 ford Explorer. I need a complete list of needs for this swap.

This isn’t going to be a very done swap. No one is going to be able to give you a complete list of parts. I’d much rather swap in a second Gen v8, which is a factory option, and has been done by many members here, and complete how to threads.

You’d also get OBD2, and it’s a better engine.

I would consider using the 5.0 v8 drivetrain from a 96-01 explorer will make your life much easier
