Backup chime after update

Hello all,
New member here. I took my Ex in to program the camera and when I picked it up, I get a 3 tone chime the whole time the vehicle is in reverse. Backup sensors work fine as well as lines and blocks, but the chime is very distracting. Dealer said and knows it's not right, but haven't been able to get any feedback from Ford as to why this is happening. Saw the same thing happened in some other posts from years ago, but no resolution. Any ideas out there? BTW it's an 11 Limited

Welcome to the Forum.
Did you get the camera replaced and that is why you had to get it programmed? Otherwise, I'm not aware of any camera '"update".

Yes, camera was bad and I replaced it and took it in to be programmed
