does this make my rear end look fat?

#6 sawzall that sucker into a section? Then fix? So you dont have to pull the whole shebang?

Looks great Tom I look forward to seeing this sucker with its new wheelbase, I bet it will take some serious getting used to when wheeling.

Also you forgot
#'s 3.5, 6.5, 8.5, 11.5, and 14 = drink a beer

But this is the one that has amazed me.

The driveshaft installed; the axle is sitting on the floor, and the driveshaft is just starting to bind! It will never get to this point with the coil-overs installed; they are only 14" long.

At ride height, I nailed the pinion angle. This one was a guess; I was shooting for a ballpark under angle, so I could adjust the uppers and get it aligned.. At this time, I am thinking there is no need to do that, it's right on.

Poser shots..

And yes, the front end flexes as much as (or more) as the rear. The rear isn't maxed out at this point. Yes, there is still up travel in the the rear!

Nice poser shots!

Awesome!!!

I like the exhaust. :p

That turned out great Tom  You gonna limit the travel any...bumpstops/straps?

Awesome!!!!!!!!

that is freken awesome

The Zuk looked like it performed flawlessly and you got to wheel for the whole weekend Tom, I guess you did something right :p

Finally got the ride height down to what I wanted it to be.

Had to use an 80/110 spring rate. Which means the rear end weighs in 600lb range, not counting the axle/tires.

Comparison shot - old vs. new. Old was pre-moab 2005.

Very Nice Tom!

How come you got rid of your winch?

I still have the winch, just need to remount it. Been putting that off due to upcoming engine swap.

He dosn't seem to think he need it anymore. He thinks he is unstopable now. :p

I'm pretty sure that the only thing that will stop that monster now its its own bad luck. :D

And should he ever find an obstacle too tough , then I doubt that his own winch is going to do any good.

So when are you going to show us Explorers through the Hammers Tom? :bounce:
