Burns--
Here is the blend I came up with-

no flash and with flash in that order

I don't think I can get any closer than this-with your ok I'm shooting the cover now.

Wow, only 17 minutes to shoot, bake, take a pic and post? That's fast. :)

I had it baking for out-gassing, and shot it hot. I could barely hold it long enough to get it to the towel:D

Now I have a set of eagle wheel center caps baking
I'm trying another blended color on them-black chrome with extra black added. We'll see how that works.
They were badly pitted and will need quite a bit of filling, I'm afraid I might loose some of the characters on the faces-
