mounting tow hooks

i have a 99x 4x4. my ? is where to mount the tow hooks. i bought some from my work (advance auto) everywhere i looked on the front of my frame has something there or not even to mount them. if anyone has pics please let me see them, or any suggestions that would be helpful. thanks.
