My 97 ex: LETS GO!

Installed the light bar. And wow. Is all I can say. I love it. It's soo bright. I have it slightly angled up. I mounted it on the front bumper. Can't wait to take it off road. Il post pictures later on.

And yes I tried behind the grille. But it didn't work. Couldn't mound it. Not enough room. I'm just thinking on how to maybe weld it to the steel under the bumper.

I was wondering if there are any led headlights out there. Not the accents. I mean legitament headlights. OR if a retrofit would be a good/bad idea. Retrofit meaning. Rigid Industries duallys inside of the headlamp. (Seen it done)

It's too bad it didn't fit behind the grille but glad you got it hooked up!

The only problem I see is aiming them and not getting the same situation as HIDs without projectors. Other than that I think that would be great because I love drivin with my duallys on as long as no one else is around.

Very nice ride. What is the purpose of that LED light bar? Is it bright enough to light up the road or is the driving light brighter? I like one too if it's bright enough and I would not mount it where you got it at, idiots around here in the parking lot will back right into it easily.

Lookin good

Thank you thank you. And my use is going to be for when I go night beach driving for fishing. And on the road the light is super bright. I absolutely love it. Totally worth it. It's a great purchase in my eyes.

Very clean mounting. I bet that's going to be wicked on the beach this summer.

Thank you!!!!! And I hope it will be lol.

I love the stick figure decal lol

Lol thanx. My gf has a chainsaw one on her blacked out altima xD

Nemo the blizzard hit with great force! But ellie made it out ok! Pulled out 3 people last night leaving work. And drove on the streets today. (Unplowed) with no getting stuck! Total of 2feet of snow fell. And the main highway was closed due to people stuck. (Less than a mile away from me) Pics will be up later!!!

ok im making a big step....for me at least. NEW SHOES! Im not lifting it, so therefore im getting a set of 31x10.50x15's I will be ordering these TreadWright M/T's with kedge grip. In the summer though.

Kedge Grip: Our own unique blend of crushed (recycled) glass and crushed walnut shell particle blended into our full grade truck rubber. Kedge Grip acts in a twofold way; first the walnut shell is designed to come out leaving small (approximately 1 mm) size pits in the tread surface that will act as additional siping and create more traction edges to grip the road. The second is the crushed glass which is designed to stay in longer and create a gritty surface to help anchor you to the road.

Looks great! Tires will look clean on your ride!

Nice treads! Sorry I didn't get back to your messages, work's been hell lately.

Don't worry abt it lol. How's the bronco? Oh and i have given up on Outbreak. To a point. They're a bunch of guys who only love keeps. You don't have one. They don't want to know about it. We went to a meet and they didnt say anything to my friend and I. (He has a red awd mounty) it was quite rude if you ask me. And thanks. They're really not that much. and they look great for retreads. I really want goodyear wrangler duratracs. But I would get those in like a 33" or bigger. these are nice for $130-$140 a piece. I'm excited to get them and put em on. I think I have stock tire size on now.

QUESTION. Would spacers be a good idea?

are you still working on this? i was very interested cuz your about at the same point i am on my black 97 ex and its prety cool to see sombody doing some of the same things i am with the same year. right now i am in the process of getting an add a leaf so i can get 2 inches out of that and 2 inches or so from a torsion twist, and then a 3inch body lift and all that is about 200 dollars or so

Dura Tracs only go up to 33s unfortunately. That's why I didn't get them for my truck.

I've been running spacers in the rear for just under a year and Offtrac has been running them on his for over a year. Neither of us have had any problems with them. Just be sure to get hubcentric ones if you do.

Originally I wanted to do all of that stuff. I still do. But my truck is on her last legs. Believe me it sucks. So thats why I'm going to be only getting these tires. I would like to save up for a sport trac to be honest lol. I am most likely ordering these tires within a couple months. Hoping to put them on for the summer for my beach driving.

Not just yet on the spacers. Just an idea. And I love the Goodyear MTR with kevlars. My buddy has em on his jk. Looks sick.
