Umm, I am not sure the above "porsche" gasket will work, but it is very close. If I recall correctly the bolt holes are not spaced quite right.

But it will get you in the ballpark.

There were other additional post in that old thread that had more information. I just kept it handy for reference.

you are correct. i cant remember if its the bolt holes, or the centre hole, but you do have to do a little screwing around with it to work. have had mine in for about 2 or so years and it hasnt leaked....yet...

Mine was the bolt holes needed to be elongated. The copper ring fit perfectly.

True, but the first thing that came along was too hard to install for most people, and after that no one saw a need to build anything else. The low demand was the biggest problem, but TM made it worse with their unreasonable design. A simple log manifold could have been produced about 15 years ago, and by now would be out in numbers easily 100 times the number of TM's built. Of course pricing would have had to be feasible, not ridiculous like $700. A $250 simple set would have sold very very well, after some were installed and we spread the word. But now, the numbers of trucks still existing are far far less than 10 years ago. It's surely too late to develop something for mass production now.

Cash for Clunkers didn't help that remaining number at all. I work at a VW Dealership, you ought to see how many TDI's are being bought back each week, if you think Explorers are hard to find right now, the 2011 or so and up TDI is gonna be ridiculously scarce after 2017 is over. I'm at a small dealership, and I'm seeing about 40-50+ TDI cars per week being returned.

Whoops, forgot that I created this thread.
