thats pure biship -- while you be at Wolf's, yousa might as well get him to make you a set of shock towers that are stronger than those bambaclat F-series pair.

I think you messed up the link for "biship" cause I get a Wyclef Jean thing

this will be off-topic, but "biship" is word that keeps repeating itself in Wyclef's "The Carnival" album .. in the end, we find out it means "bullshlt". Sorry, biship was a bad choice.

i havent gived up on my shock mounts yet, im gonna take 1/4 plate and get my uncle to tig the hell outta them onto the plate, then weld the plate to the frame. Im making damn sure they dont come off.

Thought I'd post an update on Captain Crooked...

A friend of my best friend's gave me the steel bumper that he made for his old Explorer, and after making some spacers to help the backside of the receiver hitch clear the rearmost crossmember, I now have a bumper that's a little more rock friendly ;)

I'm going to have to ask Wolf to make me some kind of diamond plate gap guard to fill up all this space :p:

Rookie, have I told you lately how much I hate your old leaf springs? :mattmoon:

I don't care if everyone knows my license plate number. I pop-riveted that sucker in place and hammered the bottom up out of the way, although I'm sure it'll end up bent to hell shortly  Now I just have to figure out how to make a tag light work...

Looks tough Spas :D

Haahahaha! Look at how much you lean! :bsnicker:

Oh.. wait. :o

give me measurements for the diamond plate and I can give them to you this weekend.

Cool beans, thank you Micah :) I'll make some cardboard templates and give them to you this weekend- if you could make me a pair of guards by the run that would be awesome

Morgan needs his V8, lol. Hmm... oh boy, don't even get me started on that kind of thinking.....

My new Dutchman hardened 6x5.5 axle shafts should be here on tuesday, now all I have to do is get new rear leaf springs, extended U-Bolts & drilled-out rear rotors! Oh, and put all of the above in the truck :p:

Just in case anyone was wondering, the majority of 4x4/racing/aftermarket custom shops out there WILL NOT re-drill rotors from 5x4.5 to 6x5.5. I've spoken with almost a dozen shops across Maryland in the last two days as well as numerous friends and friends of friends... and not a one of them will touch brake rotors because of liability issues. So now I'm $140 poorer and Currie is a little richer, but my custom brand new 8.8 rotors should be here on Thursday. AND, good luck if you ever need to find 2" extended 8.8 U-Bolts last minute.. dunno where you live, but in Maryland it's mission impossible. I had to have some made last minute from Perry Hall Power equipment :p: BY GUM, THIS TRUCK WILL SIT STRAIGHT TONIGHT..!!!

Your state sucks

When do we get pics of the driver's side carnage :D

When did that happen?
