Well, I needed a manual shift BW 1354.. and I found one. But it was still attached to the rest of the truck so I bought the whole thing.

I have never seen exactly what the shift lever and all looks like on a manual transfer case Explorer. Interesting indeed. Too bad it ain't a sticker

Now I'm not 100% sure what I want to do with it. I was planning on just parting the rest of the thing out.. But after looking at what good condition the rest of it is in. I don't know. Any ideas?

Here's a few ideas i came up with cut the roof off, put a full roll cage, Dana 44 in the front, Drop the 5.0 in it. After that you should be set!

Sounds like a great plan, but you left out the Atlas T-case!

Completely skidplate the undercarriage, build a roll cage, leave it otherwise stock except lockers or something of the like, and try completely stock explorer offroading

Just beat it untill it cant be beat anymore.

That sounds like a good idea, I just can't remember who was selling that though
