This isnt pertaining to the current build but the more I look at my waggy 44 Im coming to realize that I will most likely need to cut and turn the C's. Got any advice? I know you did it in phase 1.

I'm sure I cant really say anything that you dont already know - but just go at it with a grinder disc first, then a cut-off wheel disc and you should start seeing that faint line that separates the tube from the inner knuckle. Then out comes the sledge hammer.

That and you're going to need a couple of these from all the hard work:

This is the faint line that you're after - the abrassive disc and the grinded down steel powder helps to bring out the line a little bit:

Isa The Lizard (Dora the Explorer) reinforcing plates.

The rest of the front (to support a hood of some sort) will be removable and will utilize ID tube clamps welded to the end of the side tubes.

I actually just bought some more (another ~75 ft) on Sunday just in case since this guy 10 minutes away has almost 2,000 ft off tubing in his garage.

Any chance you can get me his contact info? I'm gonna need some dom for my shock hoops.

I'm also in the Rockville area daily, thats near you right? What time is your explorersarus visiting hours?

Here's his thread: http://marylandcreepers.com/showthread.php?p=2376#post2376. Without giving away his complete street address to the rest of the Internet, he's located not too far from this intersection:

Unfortunately visiting hours are probably only on weekends cauz of work and class during the weekdays :(.

I mocked up the front seats today to try to figure out how the front upper link, shift levers, and driveshaft "carrier" bearing will line up and mount.
