I Will Trade For 15x10 X Wheel Or A Bfg 32...:) And That Is Not A Standard Compact Space...:p:

Well i posted my 32" tire on craigslist and a guy that wants it also wants a wheel like yours. :p:

...I never heard from that guy but the wheel is gone...;)

I never heard from him either. Since your wheel's gone, you need a tire? :D

...Need a tire, yes...can afford a tire right now, not yet..:(

...It's time for maintaining the X...

...Concidering I do regular maintenance before and after trail runs, I usually do my main maintenance in the spring and fall at the end/beginning of the extreme weather seasons...This year my vehicle reminded me it was time for maintenance...

I started early by replacing fuel filters in both my trucks..Right after that I took another interesting way to change my tranny fluid...
http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2018680&postcount=553

...This afforded me some quality time to start on the tranny bling..
http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=225103

...I got that all better and replaced my shock bolts...
http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2041781&postcount=568

...Then it all started with this battery/alt problem...
http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2048721&postcount=577

...Battery seems ok now after adding water and installing my new/used 160amp alt...The standard 71 inch belt will barely worked with the smaller pulley, so I just bought the second listed belt for the X, the 68 inch Gator belt and it's a perfect fit, ($32)...;)

..Then this, no CEL/ bad throttle problem...
http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=228181

...As soon as I got that remedied and went to install the new Gatorbelt, My fan blades are now cracked in multiple spots...Picked up a new fan for 35 bucks, go to put that on and I noticed I'm missing a fan screw..:wtf:...off to the junkyard...Got that screw and the missing fender screws that have shaken off over the summer...

..Now, if these items quit showing up, I can finally get to do my steering box/pump repairs, maybe plugs and an oil change, and just maybe, have time to start on repairing the Rangers front end..

..The moral to this story is, it is time to do your maintenance...:p:

What is up with your steering box and pump?

I just did some repairs today

Im Leaking At The Pitman, At The Frame, And Its Getting Noisy. For Some Reason I Cant Keep My Bottom Pass Caliper Pin In Now...:rolleyeys:

I have a seal kit for one if you decide to replace that ill let go cheap. I bought it and just replaced my box because my shaft was cracked.

...I will probably just get a new box and pump when I can...:dunno:

...I have fought to save the wally world battery and it's not going to make it...:(...But I did wind up with a replacement out of my buddies 04 expy...:biggthump

...Haven't had the funds to put into the trucks lately but it gives me time to start making my list of little parts I need too..:hammer:

love the build. its just a 5.5 and 3" body on 35s right?

...Check out my "pics and mods list" in my signature for the specs...It's got a few more features than just that and it is slowly evolving...;)

updates?

....It's the holidays and I haven't had much time to do anything major to it lately...I have mainly been dealing with little problems due to it's age, trying to catch up on getting the stock items rounded up...Parts like interior handles, pins and clips, etc...

...I was involved in a little fender bender the day before yesterday...
http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=231814

...I am getting some new Explorer Forum items for the X, but that's about it...:dunno:...This is a pic of how she looks today...

thjan084bnz4.jpg

...I forgot to mention a while back, I found a battery place close to me that sells Brand New, and only good, Used batteries...I wound up with a pretty new, used Interstate battery that was completely tested in front of me for $32..That beats a $100 plus for the same/similar battery...You can pay that or trade them 3 cores for one battery and no cost...;)

...If anyone needs a battery, let me know...These guys are good guys...:biggthump

did you end up rattle canning the whole truck?

..Yes I did...I painted it just before I took my Ranger to Ariz...I still need to fish sanding it...It's a dirty job and with fine dust...

...I actually have my roof racks off and was going to paint those too...Right now they look ultra flat in their stock condition...I was going to paint them black...Then i got to thinking I can't paint them gloss black...All the stock black on my truck has turned to an ultra flat black and I'm used to it...:dunno:...Maybe i'll sand those and my mirrors and paint them all Ultra Flat Black...

...What do you guys think???

itook everything off my roof. i had my spotlights on my roof rack along with a spare tire and ended up moving them to my fenders and the spare back under my rig.

i'd say ultra flat would look good. you could also get the 95-97 mirrors and sand them then ultra flat black paint after.

...I for now, have left the rack off temporarily...When I get some free time I need to start looking at my front end and slowly do some modifications to it's current set up...

...The first thing I will probably remove is the rear, front shocks...They are causing an issue now but this means I will have a couple spares for awhile...:D
