We are still 4 weeks out, so, umm, conversation starter here, what are people going to get done to their rigs before the meet?

umm I was gonna get some one to help me bolt up my transmission in my 98 some time before/during/after the meet. I think Russell volunteered.

I have a few home projects I am planning to finish before the meet.

reinstall the wood floor around the 125 gallon Aquarium and install the new ceiling fan in the living room.

I might wash at least three of my trucks too.

I just realized that on the 6th here, I have a MC kick off party were going to....So this means that when the 6th happens with yall there might be a time where were partying at the same time. YAY.

Well I need to fix my seat. The metal frame that is attached to the bottom portion of the seat, the one that has the recline lever attached to it, broke. So I either need to weld it, don't have a welder so I can't do that, or use some metal strapping and come up with some sort of patch. One day I will go to a junkyard and actually pick up a fully functioning seat.

You won't believe how many times I have wanted a welder. I would have to stick to 120v so my amperage is limited as well as the metal thickness. *sigh* All in due time I guess.

Well I'm first starting this adult life thing, so I'm stuck in an apartment. My father in law has one in Austin and my dad has one in Houston. Then I have an uncle that has several in a small central Texas town. Only problem is that I would have to drive to all three with the dang seat half way down. I'll take some pictures and write a posting so yall can see what I'm talking about.

Well my truck currently looks like this...

But it should be back to normal by next week. Especially since I'm driving it to Arizona/California.

I still have to tighten up the bolts on the new gas tank that I installed. I need to cleanup and paint the Warrior shackles. Install some better leaf springs. Install limit straps on the front suspension. Replace a side mirror. The rear axle is at SVO's house to have a bearing rebuild kit installed and to weld on some shock tabs. And maybe do some limit straps on the rear axle to help control sway during street driving.

But today was spent replacing the radiator on my v8 Limited.

I got confirmation via text messaging and pics that he finished it. But he kept calling my axle a POS.
So I will be driving up Wed. morning to go retrieve my POS.
