I'm really jealous, But I don't think I've run the system in the Explorer while wheeling in years. I normally just listen to the creaks/cracks/pops and moans from the X :).

I'm with you on that. I hardly ever listen to the tunes while wheeling so I can hear the CB/engine/tires/etc...

But I do enjoy cranking the tunes any other time in it. :D

U dont need the weld on Wedges, you will be able to re use the ones you have.... Unless you screw them up, cutting them off..

:) The other stuff looks good.

If the stock wedges come off clean, then yeah. :)

Been fighting the brakes again this afternoon.

Managed to get the lines cut, double flared with new fittings on them. Ran into a snafu with the proper Tee union for them new fittings tho. After going all over town, I found the proper size that is deep enough to let the fittings thread in far enough. Of all dang places that had it, it was PepBoys! LOL!

Specialty brake shop sold me a Tee union, with three fittings that was supposed to match . Nope, wrong combo. Needless to say, I was a bit pissed, and didn't want to go back there. Sheesh! Anyways, it should all be buttoned back up by the weekend and be bled. Be nice to be able to move it once again, as it has sat since Halloween.

This just fell out of the rig somehow. :D

The SSBC adjustable prop valve all plumbed up. (Im a painter, not a plumber lol)

Still need to bleed it and adjust the bias on it.

If you havent already done so, are you going to build a hard mount for the valve? I ask because the valve itself has some weight and might eventually bend the brake lines over time as the vehicle goes over bumps.

Other than that, looking good.

Yes sir, I am. It will be a simple "L" bracket that will bolt to the brake booster stud for the master, and the prop valve will bolt to it, sitting on it. Will use 1/4" carbon for rigidity.

Thanks for the Kudo's! :)

Due to a loss of a job, & no income at the present, I have no choice but to sell this rig to pay bills with. This is the time of year that if you have nothing lined up well in advance, your shut down for a few months. I thought I had that set up, but due to decisions beyond my control, that dissolved, and left me w/o work.
