4406 m conversion in 98 5.0 questions

I am doing the 4406 m conversion and really need details on the conversion u joint. I'm told its a 353 which converts to a 1330 to 1350? I'm illiterate when it comes to conversion part numbers. I have a car quest and an orileys near by. Let me know what the explorer wizards know. I have info on how to convert 93-01 rangers to 5.0 if you wanna know anything just ask.:exporange

The Spicer part number is 15-134X for the conversion U joint on the front drive shaft (from a 2000 vintage F-150 5.6 v8) to pumpkin.
Im way late on this, but just found the spicer # and wanted to document it somewhere.
