This is a 2001 postal vehicle built on an australian explorer chassis 4.0 2wd
vehicle had problems with rear speed sensor codes and the c1102 code which is for an acceleration sensor on 4WD vehicles
had to rebuild rear diff and replace tone ring and sensor , rear sensor codes gone but after about 5-9 miles the c1102 code will set , code will set while driving down the road while we watched the scanner , we have another ABS module and pcm in it from ford that we programmed to make sure everything was for a 2WD vehicle.
These chassis never came even with the wiring for the acceleration sensor from the factory and talking to other postal techs around the country no one has run into this problem before - any insight if someone has run into this would be a great help - all wiring has been pulled out and tested all powers and grounds to pcm and abs module have been tested , installed a new plug on rear sensor and on abs module assy.
