Cleghorn and 2n17x, Saturday July 28th

what kinda markets are in town?
Arrowhead has Stater Brothers and Jensens markets, so the grub options are fairly normal. Local is probably the best choice for beef of course, but you can freeze chicken, hot dogs or sausages for a few days and they'll last all day in a cooler filled with those blue freezer packs with no harm done.

Regardless, I'll make sure to pick up a few pounds of decent meat (no squirrel or possum, I promise) on Friday and anyone can pitch in whatever they can.

since you are keeping the good meat to yourself, will there at least be hominy???? :D

locked only in front, the 215 tire will let me keep from dragging on the big rocks, lol...;)

We'll bring the 30" from the Ranger;)

I can bring a 33/12.50-15 at already mounted on a correct rim or you can snag one of my old worn 35 all terrains if they haven't been stolen hmmm i need to go and check on those. the 35/12.50-15 needs to be mounted on a rim tho

i am running by to see my junkyard buddy this week...he could probably hook me up with a spare...;)

cyber, that will work as long as they are not rotted...my junkyard buddy can probably hook me up with a spare 15X8...if so, i'll call you tommorrow a.m. 10'ish???

10-4 i will go and check on the 35's and 10ish is fine i will keep my phone with me this time :D

I'm still in for camping, just waiting for a verdict on where:D

Also for those of us camping, were we gonna run a trail Sun. or just camp out and head home?

For those wanting to camp at North Shore, it's a great jump off place to camp. You can hit the trail early via Torrey Pines Road (Probably called Torrey Road now due to the lack of all the pines)... Or head over to Cedar Glen for breakfast at the appropriately names "Cedar Glen Inn" then go down Hook Creek Rd to the trails. Then again, you might all know this already.

that is some great info...i think i'm going to wait to get up there and check it out...but not till after the bbq...:D

i am camping.. even if it's over by fawnskin :D i know one of those campsites is on the lake and i don't believe they require a res...

but i can't wait to see the entertainment from george and gracy , lol...

i might do a half day for this trip (its only 40 mns from home) so i might go saturday morning adn head home in the after noon (2-4 or so)

So is Cyber still coming sence he's broke? and do I need to bring that spare for Ted?

cyber i'm not sure on yet, he will chime in ....

still bring the antenna for me, i can't get one for under 70-75 bucks within 10 miles of me..as for the spare i couldn't get a rim from my jy buddy and the rippoff jy wanted 40 pl. tx. for a steelie...so i am still working on a spare...my ranger i could borrow it's tire and it's only a bfg a/t 32, but again, i'm still working on it...i did find a used set of 37x15 bfg m/t's though, i'm not going that route yet, lol...

I don't think i'm gonna camp now but I may have a buddy coming out in a full sized bronco. It's just got 33" BFG muds but that's it, i'll have to forewarn him of the narrow spots:rolleyes:
