I ordered all weather floor mats with my Explorer, and have got mats for first row and second row,

BUT there is no mat for floor carpet in middle seat of second row and no mats for third row.

FROM where I can buy mats what I need?

Cheers....

I got mats for 3rd row @
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B0081...floor+mats&dpPl=1&dpID=41UyE9PtCIL&ref=plSrch

BUT not able find for middle seat second row, what I see online is one big mat for full second row, in that case existing mat would be wasted for second row.. any suggestions...

Living where you do I would have suggested getting the Husky liners. I had the 'All Weather' mats come with the Explorer and had the salesman swap them for the OEM cargo liner. Se the coverage the Husky provides on the door sill in my post #300 on previous page.
Both Husky and WeatherTech have liners for all seating positions but only Husky provides the extra coverage shown in the photo.

Well I am not getting the Maxliners now. The dealership is giving me a full set of Weathertechs!

So has anyone located a single carpet matt for use in the back across 3rd row ? I have the FORD OEM rubber matt however there are times Id like to have a full carpet mat back there..

While shopping for bull / safari bars I found these. They appear to cover that critical gap over the hump to the door.http://westinautomotive.com/floor-liners
From looking at the pictures it is hard to tell if the area for the 'button' fasteners are open or covered. When pulling up the ones for the 2013 the front liners look like the 'buttons' are open. I though of modifying the liners I had for the MKT to accept the two fasteners attached to the carpet since the MKT mats were not fastened down but I was worried about water leaking through the holes. The Husky liners have a covered 'button'. If the Westins are covered they look like a good item. Might be a good idea to check with them if you're thinking of getting the liners.

Literally just got home from the dealer with the new set of Weathertechs installed (they were free plus 29K, lol). So I jump on ebay and a seller has both OEM cargo liner (for when the 3rd row is folded flat) and the OEM cargo liner for behind the 3rd row seat when they are in the up position for $40 shipped each ($80 total). They appear to be in great condition so I bought both. I am now fully protected!

Those Westins clearly have a hole at the button from the photos on their site. Man I really wish they were covered, I'd love those, really want that extra coverage from the door compared to my WeatherTechs i just put in last week.

I already returned my Huskys and bought Ford OEM rubber mats which are probably fine for my use (no snow, etc.). Had I seen the Westins before, I might have tried them out.

The Husky liners have that coverage. I just ordered and installed the 2 front liners. That is the only reason I went with Husky rather than WeatherTech. The funny thing is that on the WeatherTech commercials I see on TV it shows the liner covering the area right over to the door sill but there is no such liner on their website.

I'm looking for a mat that I can use with both: 3rd row up or folded down. Most important: I need to be able to stow away the mat when I'm using the 3rd row - or in other words: 1 solution for 3rd row in use and folded down! Any suggestions?

I bought the OEM ford 3rd row cargo protector and I highly recommend it. I'm sure there's a Husky equivalent too.

It doesn't interfere with any seat fold/deploy/stashed position. I've also had the seats completely stowed and placed it on top of the flat surface -- it doesn't go all the way back to the 2nd row, but enough to protect from say a shopping trip to buy a bunch of plants or groceries. http://accessories.ford.ca/interior/cargo-organization/liner-luggage-compartment-10317.html

At first I wanted the bigger one that went all the way to the 2nd row, but there is no place to put it when the 3rd row seats are up. You can't even roll it up to put it in the well because it's too wide.

I thought that too at one time until a member said all you do is roll it up and then fold it. Problem solved.

I actually tried this at the dealer when I considered purchasing it because I had my doubts. Rolling it up basically converts it into a small carpet roll that is too wide to fit behind the 3rd row seats, and while I didn't try to fold it in half, my gut instinct told me that wasn't feasible at all -- too thick rolled up, and too big of a cargo space loss. Folding it up would also probably cause longevity issues. I just remember that mat was way bigger than I expected after rolled up. So that's why I opted for the 3rd row only mat, with zero hassle and zero cargo space loss. When I recently did a large Costco shop, I stowed the 3rd row, put the cargo mat on top near the back -- all the big items like toilet paper went up to the back of the 2nd row, while all my perishables stacked neatly on top of the protected flat area. Also have done this on garden shops that were too big for fitting everything behind the 3rd row which had roughly 50% more cargo space depth over the same mat over protected flat area, if that makes sense.

I highly recommend the 3rd row cargo mat, and total thumbs down to the 2nd-3rd row cargo mat. Unless you plan to keep the 3rd row flat at all times because your using your car as some sort of work truck or pet delivery system. But if that was my case, I would have gotten a F150 with supercrew -- great 5 seater with more rear legroom than the Explorer :)

I haven't tried the folding the thing myself but several members reported no issues with it. My 3rd row seats are always folded with the large OEM cargo liner on top. I also still have the cargo liner from my previous MKT which I leave on top of the Explorer liner. Came in very handy yesterday as I was loading it up with a lot of bush and tree branch cuttings. I simply pushed the MKT liner up to touch the back of the front seats and every thing was covered. Dealer tried to get me into a F-150 a few years ago but I turned it down due to likely issues with parking downtown and parking garages plus I didn't want to go back to a ladder/truck frame. The Explorer meets all my needs.

We just purchased our 2015 Sport and it already had the weathertech lines all the way around the vehicle. Its my first time having weather techs and they are pretty awesome. I haven't tried folding out the 3rd row to see what can be done with the back mat, but I'll try it tonight.
