Meeting place for caravan from ric

Unclemeat has been there before right? Maybe Will,branding and me can met up with him in ric and all of us can come up at once,four truck explorer convoy

im right at 295/95 its about thirty-five mins to the fork union exit from here
just thought id throw it out there as a meeting place i have PLENTY of parking...

i tried to connect to the bing map link from my smart???? phone too.... i also ended up in seatle washington.... guess the smart phones are not so smart.

if you guys do rt 6 you will love it..... nice road. go aheasd and veer off 6 at fork union on rt 15, take a right on 652, take a left on 20, take a right on 655, take a right on 602, take a left on 626(this portion sucks too but its only 2 miles)left on fishpond, right on highland, left on jones overlook, right on riverbreeze i am the only house. if you guys want use GPS just use 746 jones overlook..... it used to have a house on it so older units recognize it. last place with minature grocery store (IGA) is fork union. last plavce with a chain grocery is richmond (unless you opt to go through scottsville (food lion)).

O yea got it now.3 hours and 39 mins.so this is going to sound real dumb but what's up with the fish pond?where is your property at with that link?using satellite view and just tryn to see if we can see trails or whatever.

Would come out Friday if I could but I think I'm just going to have to get up really early on Sat and meet you guys somewhere in the morning, depending on what time you're convoying out to the trailhead.

I'm leaving around 2pm that Friday, probably getting up there round 3.15-3.30? Fool around that afternoon on a couple trails possibly? Hope to camp out at FishFood's place Friday night..

Wills is kind of out of the way. He is close to 295, so meeting near the intersection of 295 and 64 is better. That way nobody has to go out of their way. There is a park and ride at 64 and 623 (just west of 295/288) or the exit just east (short pump) has the mega mall. I am 1/2 mile off I-64 at Gasking road (just east of short pump).

But really the 623 exit is the most convinenent for all. If it is just VAB people, we can meet at my house or at the park and rid at Gaskins exit. There is lots of resources nearby, stores, banks, parts stores ect. But I will meet where it is convienent for the ones coming the farthest.

Leaving west end of Richmound around 2:00 on Friday sounds about right. I am flexable. I can work half a day. I am planning on going out Route 6, just west of Richmond, (288). It is really the best way for a bunch of lifted trucks to get to Spike's Place

Uncle, I'm going to pick my GF up from work right at 2, where can I meet up with you? I'm right at Gaskins/64 as well.. I think you may have already known that. Are you talking about the Park N Ride out past Bogeys'?
