I think this is a difference between V6 and V8 models - the Starter is on the opposite side of the block from the oil filter on the V6, and the wires for the starter aren't anywhere near the radiator.

I'll double-check the wiring to the starter anyway, just to be safe though.

As far as having power on both sides of the fuse, you mean with the fuse in place, correct?

No fuse out use ur multi meter and neg to battery or some clean metal or a good ground and positive to fuse slots. Test each side with battery hook up. Do with key off and on record ur result of each and report the ones with no power. DO NOT ARK IT Out WHILE CONNECTED TO BATTERY SO BE SAFE
 












I"m a friggin idiot. I apparently unhooked all three connectors on the PCM - two to the engine, and one to the body... I also put the one to the body in place so that it looked like it was installed, and then forgot about it...

Connected it again, and everything works as it should.
