Ah man i have thought about this all day. The green is just growing on me....

When I was looking at all the ideas froaders green w/ black stripes stuck out to me.....looks like one mean rig!

Ok this is the color. I need to know what to call this color. I can get the local napa to mix the paint for 100 and i can show them this pic.

I don't know what you would call it...I sat here for like 5 min trying to think/search what to call it or what it is and all I can think of is just flat out...."green", IDK you are on your own for a name but  on the color scheme choice from me...

I like both the red and green, but both my explorers were red just like the red color :p:

It's like neon meatalic green or something:confused:

There was a simmiler factory Ranger color around '00

Im just gonna show them this picture tomm when i go to talk about the paint and tell them to mix it to match that color. They do quite a bit of custom colors so i think they can match it.

Olive drab if you like green.

Hey BaseballX if you or someone finds that post about the $50 paint job please post on appropreate place.

Both cars that the guy has done look amazing!!!

I just have to try this on my B2 project spare parts first. Spare fender. I'm going to buy a pint of the same paint that I rattled canned the B2 with, JD Blitz Black. Mix with mineral spirits and use the fine roller if I can find it. Seems like a good technique for trail rigs. I'm really not worried about the gloss finish since this is a satin black anyway. And I do think it's an enamal paint also.
Thanks

Hell yeah! I told you that green is where it's at!

Rookie let us know how it goes when you do, do it. I wish that he said how much to mix, it says just as thin as possible without making it run....Well that makes it perfectly clear...not
