I like it too. I also like that it is bolt on. Not that it is that big of a deal, but i like that.

I was hoping to get up this morning and see some pictures of the trac bar and the steering box, but oh well!

Can't get ahold of Cory via phone or a reply on email so i'm hoping he'll see this.

Cory, i need to know what you want to do about that rear driveshaft? I'm assuming you got my voice mail the other day.

Sorry about the phone stuff. I was asleep when you called and it was too late to call you back when I woke up.

As for the driveshaft, if it is going to cost you $100 to have it lengthened and rebalanced locally for you, add on another $40 in shipping costs. So that saves you $20 from doing it here. Personally, I would feel like all that shipping will be a hassle to save yourself $20.

It is your call though.

Well poop. I guess you can just have your buddy do it.

Do you have any updates for us?

If you have the axle mounted already, do you think you could measure up the lengths and what not for the front drive shaft, and maybe ship mine back up here to me so i could get it made up? Just trying to save some time for when i get her back.

Also, did you get the email about the money? Just curious, let me know.

Steering box is in. Gotta pick up the correct bolts and build the upper bracket for it like I did on Robb's.

The placement of the coil bucket made it a ROYAL PITA because of the lower radiator hose. You might have to take it off (hose) and trim it down some to get it out of the way a little bit better.

I ran out of some of the tabs I use for the trac-bar brackets, so I had to order some up. Should be in this week. Looking to possibly weld on your sliders this week and finish up the front.

I can get a measurement for the front shaft as well once it is sitting at ride height. Should be by the end of this week.

I haven't gotten an email from you since the one you sent about the cash for shipping the one hub.

Great. I'm looking forward to seeing it set on its own wheels again.

Could you get the rear done while you were waiting, or do you need to wait for the front first?

Are you going to use my sliders or build some new ones like you were talking about?

And, what have you heard about the brackets for the front bumper?

Radiator hose in the way huh. Never would have thought about that. I guess that if i had i could use another hose that has a different shape.

I know you've been busy with everything else Cory, hope you don't feel like i'm steeping on your toes!!

what springs are you guys using on this project?

I'm thinking they were 3.5" wild horses Dave, but i'm probably wrong.

That's gonna be HUGE! That is what I am using, but I am mounting my coil buckets much higher.

You think it's going to be big? I hope so. I love the way Robbs looked with my wheels and tires on it. I like to have some fenderwell. I'm looking forward to the next round of pictures.

Yup will be huge.

Wow with those arms and wild horses springs, you are going to out flex the EB radius arms guys by a long shot! Deffinately gonna make them jealous. I'm sure you will be most pleased. Looking fwd to seeing the final result.

Not using Wild Horses coils.

Have a set of 4.5" lift coils from a Jeep Cherokee that I am going to try. I will cut rungs off until I get the right height.

See i told you i was wrond Dave!

How do those compare to the wild horses Cory?

You think these will be strong enough to hold my front end up?

They will be plenty strong enough.

I take it these are not variable rate if you will be cutting? It should turn out very nice, can't wait to see it sitting on some springs. Heck, I can't wait to see mine sitting on some springs..... instead of jack stands.;)

I can't wait to see yours either Dave, but i really hope to see mine before yours if you know what i mean!! haha

You will. Mine will be a few weeks easy. I just got it torn down, this weekend I will gethte gears int eh 44 done and the torching started. Then the fun begins. I just need set my truck down on those spings to see what they will compress to so I get an idea how far up I want to mount my buckets. Just gotta figure out a safe way to do this, I don't need springs shooting out from under my truck to me!

This will be the picture i've been waiting to see. It will look like a truck again!
