he he What'd you do, just hack up a stock upper link? That doesn't look nearly as pretty as those lower links.

They look better in real life. The pics don't look that hot. I will have new ends made that are bent so I can weld the tube straight to it. This was the best option for now.

Looks good Cory. From that last picture it looks like the coils will fit out side the frame nicely. GOOD.

So what else is left? Coil, obviously, rear end flip, steering, tranny cross member.

bumper.. :D

Yes Please, the bumper!

CoryL or Josh, do you have any ideas drawn up for the bumper? I'm really wanting a pre-runner winch bumper but the one I received from James Duff isn't righ at all. But that's for another thread . Those links look very close to the ones made by Dead Link Removed for JPs. Those were exactly what I was thinking of using. I also say a simular setup on a Tacoma SAS/Coilover prject but I lost the website. I can't wait for the SAS kits and bumpers to be available!

DasFrem, Thank you!

The only picture i have of the bumper is in my head. He showed me a picture or two of something similar, but he's going to change it around. I'm anxious to see it also, but we'll just have to wait!

bump

Cory, just seeing if you got my emails?? And to see if you made any progress before you left last weekend?

Any new projected finish dates?

The coil buckets are mounted.

LMAO!!! You've got to be on crack! Wanna share?:D

Nope! You've got to get your own!

Those pictures got me smoked out! I was leaning toward the leaf SAS, but damn!

Coupla cranks one way or the other and like daffy duck said- elevator go up, elevator go down!

That's just too smooth! To hell with the leaf setup! :D

That is a bad @ss system. Nice job Cory! Now that I've almost got my fenders, tires&wheels, and new bumper done, I'm finally ready for SAS. I'm kinda stalling to see how CoryL's "kit" comes along.

P.S. I really dig the 21 smile salute.;)

Looks great Cory. I know those are adjustable for ride height, but how do you adjust them?

Cory and I talked last night on the phone and he should be done in about 2 weeks. Everything so far has been smooth sailing for the most part, and i'm glad!

He didn't make these. He found them in a race car magazine. They are similar to something that NASCAR uses cause they are adustable.

Well my hats off to him for using it for the SAS cause that is slick! :D

There is a recess in the top of the "bolt" for a 1/2" drive ratchet to fit into. Crank as needed. :D

VERY VERY VERY nice work
