Yeah i emailed cory that picture and he said it would be similar to that, but better looking. I'm not a big fan of the HUGE prerunner thing on top, but i do want a smaller loop.

You could careless about the truck, all you want to see is the bumper hahaha:p

Hey Cory, by the look of this picture, it looks like i won't be able to run any kind of a sway bar will I?

yeah i don't like the prerunner javelin on top either.. but i do like the rest. maybe if it wasn't sticking out forward.. but just a smaller version going straight up like a normal brush guard loop.

and naw man... i'm just anxious to see the bumper b/c its the only thing i will be able to do to the truck for a long time! the SAS part is awesome.. but i can't do that for a couple years.. the bumper could be done this year!

question about the pic you just posted.. are the little holes in the brackets there for a reason or just looks? makes it look all space age like. :D

That is how those brackets come. I guess for weight savings. UM......yea, every fraction of an ounce counts. Really, those bracing brackets are pre-made and come with the holes in them.

Robb

Yeah yeah yeah, but Robb, since you know the WV turnpike, how about you coming up here and driving this bad boy down to tellico with no sway bar up front!:p

I know Jason, i was just giving you a hard time. I'm like you, a smaller more up right version would be perfect. I thing he's going to make it with a dual tube, like his rear bumpers have also.

Looks great man! I have one suggestion though just from previous experiences. On your lower arms at the lower to upper mount, it looks like the upper arm mounts too high off of the lower arm. You might look at lowering it to decrease some leverage or brace that mount with a piece of plate perpendicular to the 2 sides of the mount and then a triangulated piece at the bottom. Those short upper arms generate a lot of force trying to hold the pinion angle. Here is a pic of my upper to lower connection. Notice how the top arm mounts closer to the lower and the mount is longer to disperse some of the torque. Granted its a ZJ, but same concept. ;)

I know. I'm not done bracing those yet. Waiting on some different tabs. Thanks though.

That is looking sweet man!!

Looks like a truck again Cory!

Did those perches workout alright for you?

How much did you have to lengthen my rear driveshaft?

Did you get to ship out my front shaft?

is that a straight SOA in the rear or are there some sort of lift blocks or extended shackles? Looks like maybe shackles, cause that is higher than my rear SOA.

Hold up a minute...I'm still trying to roll my tongue back into my mouth... :p :D :D

Very nice...

Shackles that i had before. As far as i know there are no blocks under there.

I'm with you cdsl227!

Actually, there are 2" blocks.

I haven't done anything with the rear shaft yet. I didn't the shop until about 10pm last night.

Haven't had a chance to ship out the front shaft. I will try to get to it before Friday.

Don't worry Josh, it will all be taken care of.

Looks good Cory! I already told Josh it looks good because he's my brother. He told me today that he can't wait til he gets it to put it beside mine because mine's always been bigger but I told him I wasn't going to let him. Anyways it looks good and I'm anxious to see the front bumber also. I considering getting one done also.

I know it will. I'm not worried about anything really, i just wanted the driveshaft shop up here to have time to finish it before i picked it up from you.

By the way, don't forget to put the fluid in the front axle if you don't mind. I gave you 2 qts i think. What ever it doesn't take just keep.

2" blocks huh, are they just from a parts store or are they like the ones robb has on his?

Yeah, that's a pretty good idea.

EDIT: BTW, truck looks badass, I really like that setup.

Thanks Matt.

You said the steering is complete, but does it turn?:p

You decided what you want to do for the front brakes yet?
