Keeper's Explorer. Take two.

..Envious and curious what the rotors ran you..

..I am desperately needing front rotors for the Ranger and since they are in Whittier I thought I could go grab some..For some reason they only have stock rotors for my Ranger:( , but I could get slotted rotors for my X at $140 pl tx pair.

Looks nice Keeper!!

Did you put on the diff cover you bought yet?

Thanks for the thumbs up guys!

Sport97: Haven't gotten around to putting the diff cover on. With school coming to the end I haven't had time to do the diff. Soon though.

I hear ya there. I have one more final in 2 hours. I was thinking about using some tax return money on a diff cover. I have a leak, so it has to come off anyway. Not sure, may end up putting that money towards tires though.

Managed to get away from school work and studying and hit a few dirt roads yesterday. Had a great time with my older brother riding shotgun.

Looking Good! Came a long way from just when i last saw it in January.

Thanks guys. She's slowly transforming into what I want her to be.

CJ after flipping through your thread, I've decided I really like that cargo box, I'm gonna start looking at something similar.

Thanks man. I'll be doing the rear diff after finals, and putting slotted rotors on the rear when they get here.

EDIT:

Not an hour after posting UPS showed up with my rear rotors.

Tbars, the front rotors cost me $200 to my door, and the rears were $168. I got them on tirerack.com.

..Thanks for the update on the info...;)

Small update. My drivers side door handle broke. The plastic part of the handle broke, and the latching mechanism no longer engages with the handle, the interior handle still works fine though.

Well I got the new handles in from 1Aauto, quality pieces. Yesterday I managed to change the broken exterior handle yesterday, unfortuantly I ran out of time and didn't get the connecting rod all hooked up. So that's on the project list today or tomorrow.

Also I hit 118,000, and snapped a picture.

Update: Just finished putting the thing back together. Everything works like it should. No more popping the door open from the otherside.

Not a huge update, or anything crazy, but I picked up four Kenwood 6x8 3-ways a few days back. Installed them yesterday. Only snagged two pictures, but you get the idea.

The quality isn't to noticeable at lower levels, but the higher the volume the difference can be heard readily apparent.

Hook up a separate amp, and watch them transform to another level yet!

I bet they are a lot cleaner / crisp sounding than the stock speakers by far. They give a nice mid range and a clean high for a 6x8 door speaker.
