me too. without seeing it run, it is just an oversized engine sticking out of the hood of what could have been a very nice looking mustang. Now if that little bit of ugliness translates into amazing power and will give us a good show of burning rubber and deafening exhaust noises, than I see no problem with it. :

So what's the problem I see nothing wrong with blatant excess at all. In fact... It looks like a model I have:

I think what he is doing is AWESOME! Even if the engine "only" has 500HP and 1000ft/lbs it's all about the putting the biggest engine you can find in a small container. All he needs now is a big ass supercharger to top it off

the zukman and I used to race '69 Mustangs. We also did suspention wok on them. That said, a 390CJ was a wallowing pig! you could plow corn rows with that motor up front, straight line power was awesome just don't do corners! Can't even imagine what a tank motor would do. However, after a chat with my brother who did drive a A-1 at speed in winter through several German farm fields(ouch!) It would be a truly awesome ride!

Thats it stock power rating, i bet after he was done with it, it put out alot more. 1100 cubes is an 18L engine could you just imagine the size of those pistons?!?!? Insanity, pure insanity at its best

I could see a roots supercharger EASILY sticking over top of the friggin roof line.










Just not my thing. I like something that has allot of power but also looks good too. That is just too clunky looking to me. Had he put that engine into a truck or something able to encase that monster a little better then I would probably think it is cool. Not here though.
