What does it matter if there is an event??? Not like ours is taking up the whole park and its nice to see other people wheeling???

Okay, these weekends are the ones the park owner had said would work for our small group. Keep in mind we like to have the camping area open to us for our bonfire, and our little tent village. I also wanted the pavilion open to us.

April 1st-3rd
April 22-24 (Easter)
May 6-8th
May 13-15
June 17-19 (moroc run tentative)

The park is closed to the public for some of the events they have going on through these months. This is a private park, and it can be rented out for exclusive events. It is also a horse trail facility, and NO motor vehicles are even allowed on some weekends.

Lets pick one that everybody can go to, so I can finalize this already! I really do not want to leave anybody out, so please don't make me do that to someone...OK? ;)

may 6-8th I want Levi to beable to make it.

I feel so honored someone wants me to be there:bounce:.

Very good point last meet we had what 4 rigs total.

Is this even possible since there is always going to be someone who will have a conflicting schedule, I say just pick a date and stick to it now that you know the openings.

After looking at my LMC book for parts and prices, just because I can make a little road trip in the camaro to get them. I may not have the funds saved in time to make repairs to make this at all.

Tring to sell my other truck, have some one tring to come up with down payment. if that happens with in the next week or so I should be good to go as long as the weather warms up and stays warm. neither Jon or I can work in the freezing weather any more.:(

Levi you know Joshua and I enjoy wheel'n with you. Had a good time last time we were at SMORR!!!

Really hate to miss a meet:( I enjoy it very much and SMORR is a great place to wheel at. So even to ride along it would be a good place to show up if you can.

I'll keep you all posted on our truck,Donations for SPARKSAFLY'N will be exsepted with open hands.lol!!j/k

Well try to make what ever dates our picked!!

Good news here, when we got home yesturday there was a note on the door.
We HAD a 2 seat gocart that Joshua out grown. So $250.00 bucks later no more gocart!!!

So now I have what's needed money wise for parts!!

Now maybe we can make this event, and be safer to drive daily.

A great blessing from above!!!!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Im down for whatever weekend, but I think myself, like a lot of folks, would like a date just set, then we can have time to adjust for work schedules (Maybe thats just me :p:)

And if its a weekend thing, I can make it out saturday morning, camp overnight, and stay halfway through sunday on probably any of those dates. But this sounds like fun, and cant wait!!

Any date accept 1st weekend in May cause have my brothers wedding that weekend I can make it. Im getting excited my truck is getting close to done and loved the highspeed gravel roadn it did last night!

I can't say anything definite yet about BethAnn and I going, but I would prefer either of the May weekends. Looking forward to getting back to SMORR and the EF crew!

Right now the Explorer needs it's rear end figured out (see if the Detroit's repairable or not) and some other odds & ends.

For anyone that has not been there yet. Even a mostly stock explorer with good set of 31in allterrains and factory rear limited slip can go thru alot of the trails. Only thing is if it is a 4dr u may drag side rocker panels if not careful. I plan on running allover the place with my 31s.

Got My vote cast! That middle weekend looks pretty good for me, so greg, change my status to 'in' instead of 'maybe'. The only maybe for me using Blue might make his first EF appearence at smorr...

Well guys, the poll has been closed and the votes counted. 1st post has been updated with dates, and fees to the park.

The weekend of May 13th-15th won out with 2 to 1 voting. The masses have spoke, and the date is final.

Do your part and spread the word the best you can via EF, Facebook, e-mails, word of mouth, etc... Lets get a good showing to raise some funds and have a terrific time out in the beautiful Ozarks.

If anybody going has a broadband card and wouldn't mind letting us use it for a few hours on Sat, we could have a Ustream broadcast to share some things with everybody else that couldn't make it. I have asked Nice59ford f100 (aka Russ) to be our host for such a broadcast. I think he likes that idea :)

Pre run to the park is April 2nd if anyone needs to do any testing on their rigs. New mods on mine, and Bronco2guys new rig are going out for a shakedown for a day, if anyone else feels like going.

Yep will be checking out 31in tire capable trails 1st hand! Gathering some good run ideas.

That's a good idea gitting a feel for some runs where most everyone can make it so there is less time stopping and more time wheel'n!!!
