Well, I'm still out in Europe, currently in Belgium and heading to Spain tomorrow. I have another month here and then it's off to Australia. I probably won't be back until December or January. But then I want a Fudd burger.
Jefe and I ran Rowher Trail last night to try out the new suspensions. Jefe's new solid axle is performing BEAUTIFULLY! I've still got to get the new longer shocks installed and move a brake line. Now we are running out of rocks and obstacles tall enought to flex on.
We should both be making the Los Coyotes run on the 18th (assuming the new D44 axle gets here this next week, as scheduled). Then it's Moab on the 22-27!
The suspension and new control arms look great, but the 33"s look too small. (At least that's what I keep telling the wife )
I'll get Jefe to post a picture or two. But the last couple of trips we've only been taking pictures of his rig. (No one cares about just another lifted J**p )

My name is Wayne, and I'm a member of a Ford only group here in SoCal called the Cali Crew. We started off as a group of Ford Rangers, and grew to include F150's and Expeditions, Excursions, and ONE Explorer (me!)
We're having a BBQ and Drive-in run on November 22nd in Riverside, and I'd like to invite more Explorer peeps to come, so I won't stand out so much.

I think I rember you! I use to be on RRORC all the time and I attend a run to LA auto show with you guys. At the time I had a Dk Blue S-cab Ranger set up pre-runner style. I think was like 3 or 4 years ago. If this is you good to here from you.
Hey Stic-o! Yeah, it's me. I remember your truck too, it was near the end of the row at the Carl's Jr. I had the green Ranger with the shell on it. I think at that time it was bagged, but then the following year I raised it prerunner style also. I just sold it a few months ago and took over the Explorer from my wife, and have been going crazy with mods to the point she won't even drive it anymore!
You going to come to the BBQ? I could use some "Ex support"!
she if she will go. I know we have been talking about going to drive-in for years now. Not to many left and she has never been to one. I told her she has to see it before there all gone. I'll let you know. I think I mite be going to a wedding that day? I can't rember what weekend it is though.
Sure. I'm (hopefully) pretty close to getting a job offer, and once that happens, I'm buying an XJ. Then I'll have to hit the trails again with you guys.
