OH you know I have those :D I learned my lesson last time. I am just hoping that I don't crack my brackets again . I have had to weld both of them so far. I did have my radius arm brackets welded to the frame though.

I do need to go through and readjust everything sence last TH because I am still having a loud clunk in my front end when ever I crank the wheel all the way to lock on each side. It always happens right when the truck starts to lean when I am trying to do like a u-turn or something.:confused:

Just one more question not pertaining to truckhaven, but RJ, did you find a used bumper for sale or someone you paid to build one to your specs? And do you mind giving a price range of how much it was to get one built?

hey mounty, i have a guy in san diego who will build you a really nice bumper for a very decent price.

well it was happygilmor's bumper. but we found it on craigslist and later found out that it was someone form this site. me and jim go on craigslist and race-dezert all the time to try to find stuff. that bumper was in long beach, which was good for us, and would've been for you. to build this bumper? mmm i don't know. mcneil would build a nice bumper welded to the frame and prolly have more bracing and stuff for $300. grab a welder and a tube bender and someone who knows what theyre doing and make one, i would say.

Cool, when the time comes closer i'll send you a PM to find out more. Thanks.

...r.j., how did that welder guy work out that you found on craigslist???

I'd love to...one day when i actually have a place to put them to good use. My roomies wouldnt be too happy if i brought that all home to our apartment.

so are we going to have an official race?

should we have sign ups, or just whoever wants to at the time, can race? :D

You're guys' intakes will be clogged with my dust like everyone elses when I hit the washes!! :D

Mine was so full of dust last time I had dust in my oil!!!!

I will race you :D hehe. I guess we will find out who's intake ends up filled with the dust.:D:cool:

Yeah and ya almost lost an arm in the process too:D

Yeah my radius arm bracket came loose and I almost lost the same shock you did :D Ths time I have the brackets welded and I have lock-tite on the shock bolts ;)

You guys are funn.

Well I found the clunk in my front end. The pivot for the Pass. Side I-Beam was a lil loose. I also went through and tightened everything up in my front end and it rides a WHOLE lot better :D
