comparison of rough country and the junkyard finds. maybe 1/2" difference in height, but if theyre stiffer then 5-6" lift would make sense

the rest of the lift, m5od, manual 1354, non-ac box(which i got).
after taking all that out, the body and frame would make a good start for a crawler/mud bogger

edit: and the shifters for tranny and case + dual boot

that is a must have!! you need a tranny anyways

jd wanted it. if he ever gets a 5 speed im getting his old a4ld lol

ive learned to live with mine tho; dont shift to soon after starting, dont shift into N or OD at all (R D 2 1 only), if its idling at 1k+ dont shift at all unless im parking
with all that, it works fine

It was a 2.9 also.there was about 4-5 2.9 5 speeds out there and some manual hubs too but for the d28

so how after owning the truck 1.5 years, dont know the service history to much. so im guessing i should replace a lot of this

is this the clear yellow colored bushing thing on the bottom of the coil?

cleaned and sitting next to the ac heater box for size

Much better.so much more room.need to pull that plate and paint it before it rust to hell. You get any more work done for the lift after i left

Just swap motors,yours is painted hahah yea i got that hook and cut my fenders and body and was worn out so i didn't get anything else done.i washed my car and truck first
