My only complaint is my trac bar isn't level, when i flex it pulls the axle over a couple of inches... but it has not caused any issues so I am not gonna get to excited.
I bought ballistic fab over the knuckle tie rod inserts back in 2010/2011. This is the clearance I have between the tie rod end and the knuckle.
I overall love the inserts and haven't had any real problems with them other than I clearance for the tie rod boots. (they rip off within 2 turns of the wheel)
I ordered the same tie rod flip inserts so lets install these in my spare knuckles.
1" hole.
Let's not have this issue again. I countersunk the inserts in the knuckle to give me more clearance.
Sweet, right? Sure.
All kinds of clearance now.
Too much clearance.
If I would not have countersunk it, It would have been perfect. That's what I get for assuming the product is the exact same from 7-8 years ago and not actually comparing them side by side. At least I should be able to run a boot of some sort.
