I think this is going to end up in court, because I flat out refuse to keep the car unless they can fix it.
I'm sorry you feel this way! We are aware of the issues that you're experiencing. Our team takes your feedback seriously and continuously works on improving the system. As we've already done over the past few months, we will continue to offer software updates as we improve the system.
Mine still doesn't work properly after 2 trips to the dealer. See this video.
