wiring

Hello, I want to put some led marker lights in my grille. I see fuse taps at the auto store but they only say 10 amps on them while the fuses under the hood are 15 amps. Can someone please give me some advice on this? I'm new to wiring and I want to make sure I do this right. Thanks in advance...

I have a bad wire in my tow harness, traced it back to the middle of the cargo area but lost it from there, where does the tow harness com out at the front of the vehicle? any common problem areas i should check? the left turn works but the right is out. any relays or connections i should check?
