4-Wheel Jamboree in Essex Jct, VT, August 5-6 2006

They're nothing too extreme. There is, however, a tempting narrow rock passage that no one decided to go thru. Hopefully I'll also be on either 33" muds or a/t's by then, but you'll be fine. Just a fun little excursion.

how narrow are we talkin? i have 4in extented baja fenders(8in total),... i have no brains lol so ill probly try to go through it, should i do stock fender again??!!

OK, bad new's. had some unexpected expenses this spring and the Ex got put on the back burner again. I'm getting back into it in about a week again but It wont be ready for the Jambo. I'm good but I dont think I can get the new head gaskets, headers, exhaust, convert the front to disk, put in a new tank/sender, and get the interior back together in 3 days. And after thats all done I have to figure out why my starter interupt on my alarm messed up and wont let it run. Should be fun! Sorry, I'll have to catch you guy's next time. I thought you had a wedding in Maine that weekend?

I won't be attending the Jamboree this year. If you remember last year the walking was not good on the slipped disk in my back.

Anyway, since I only have so much vacation time and money to spend, I'm spending 7 days in Vermont, before the Cape trip.

I was thinking that no one was going this year after you had to bail out, hotels are going to be expensive this close though for those that are going.

Well I will not be able to make the Jambo this year... My uncle recently passed away and the family is getting together at my aunt's in Connecticut on the 5th....

Seems lots of people are dropping out of the trip this year, though. Aaron and Matt have said they won't make it. I may not make it. I think Sandy has said she likely won't due to mobility. BJ in NH isn't goin..... Is anyone still planning to go?

Not likely won't...definitely won't. I'm spending seven days in Vermont just before the Cape trip so as to best utilize my vacation time and money

Thanks everyone for the condolances and support.. Although it was unexpected he had been in a period of declining health for the past several years...He was burried with full military honors (which was an impressive experience to behold). My aunt lives in Pawcatuct, and we usually get down there a few times a year (gota stop by Mystic pizza for some good eats )

I know where Pawcatuck is, it's near Stonington and close to both of the casinos here. It's right on the Rhode Island border so I've probably been through there on the way to Misquamicut beach in Westerly
