Gas tank removed, pinion angle set and drive shaft installed.

The drive shaft does not need to be changed from what we can tell. We removed the flange and the caps fit right into the dodge dana 60. We put a couple straps on and all looks good.

DANG that thing is sitting high. Are you going to crank the coils down any?

I think the spring rate is too high. I have 600 and 500. I might change the 500 to a 400 or I might have to change the 600 to a 400. We will figure it out soon.

To do list:
Purchase new fuel pump
Get gas tank cleaned
Reinstall tank
Weld back of shock hoops
Weld and plate back of track arm bracket
Install steering arm
Install track arm
Re-route A/C Line
Fab and mount a battery tray
Fab and mount ARB compressor
Fab and mount Radiator overflow
Install new front brake lines
Install new rear brake lines
Reinstall headers
Reinstall steering box
Figure out front springs
Set final ride height
Weld rear spring perches
Fab and mount rear shock mounts
Reinstall fuel lines
Fab and mount new trans cross member
Install new front driveshaft
Install ARB Lines
Install winch power cables
Install exhaust Y pipe and cats
Gas, Change Oil, Fill Axles
FIRE IT UP
Ramp It, Check for clearance issues
Wheel the chit out of it!!!!!!

Hurry up and get yours out of the way so I can take mine down there. :D

That bumper is sick. Did FST do it? If so, and if you don't mind me asking, how much did they charge you for it? Truck looks great!

im also wondering the same thing

did you get a final $$ amount for the entire build-up yet?

Woo Hoo, broke 1000 posts on this thread

<<<<<<<<<<<< "1001"

I traded a favor for the bumper, simply paid for material. Cost me about 200.00
Call Torey Porter at FST for a quote, 602-484-7616

I pulled a ton of strings and traded some items for the work that has been done to my Explorer. I have paid about 2,000 in material and still have a little more to buy.

Blaine Congrats on a G

I'm guessing "G" means J@@P?

I don't want to use the "J" word on this site ;)

I think G means 1000(post count), as in "grand."
