ok guys. here's the scoop. i have my 4406 from f150 going in next week buuuuuuut i want a speedo. plus i need the engine light off for inspection. i see that the 97-99ish expeditions came with 4406 as well but electric shift. they have they same vss has the expo. im thinking of picking one up to either use and welding a shaft where the motor bolts up OR maybe pulling them both apart to make a hybrid of sorts. all providing their the same divisions and expedition DS will still work. does anybody think im crazy here or has anybody seen something like this??
