8" is WAY too much lift for the TTB suspension (almost entirely because of steering problems) and is why you're experiencing the handling & alignment issues.

6" is the upper practical limit, and even at that height, you might still have a few challenges in sorting out the steering.

If you want to stay at 8" of lift height, the SAS would probably be the best option, yes.
If dropping down to 6" (or even 4") lift is ok with you (sounds like it may be if you only got 35s on there), that'll open up a couple options:
1 (probably easiest):
Use the Skyjacker "extreme drop" pitman arm #FA600 (you probably already have it on your 8" lift, it works far better at 4-6", since it puts the steering linkage closer to horizontal).

2 (better, but requires some fab):
Modify a Superlift steering kit to work with a 6" lift (yes, contrary to what Superlift says, the kit only works acceptably up to 4" lift). This is done by dropping the centerlink bracket down 2".

Another option might be installing a crossover (AKA swingset) linkage on it. This will be entirely full-custom-built stuff though.

Anyway, hope that helps.

I would swap the springs for 6" as well. It will definitely help with your alignment problems. Also your 10-11" of lift is waaaay more than you need to fit 35s.

RangerX is running 5-6" lift (mix of suspension and sloped body) and is running 37s.

cheap and suspension/steeriing lifts should not be used in a sentance together.

There are ways to minimize the $$$ invested but not "cheap" , parts are expensive.

I have NO body lift, a 5" TTB and I run 35's with no rubbing.

Does your truck have extended radius arms?
You do not have to lose the TTB in order to go straight and have good handling, it jusst needs to be set up properly. IMO Superlift springs are too stiff for our trucks, and running 8" superlift kit is for show trucks only IMO

Drop it down to 5-6" and it will help a GREAT DEAL.... although with most bolt on drop bracket kits the steering bump is always going to make the truck "fun" to drive

Whats the bump-steer like on that hoss? be careful when you go across overpasses on the highway. or any kind of bump for that matter. and dont pull a trailer, that'd prob be a death sentence.
