My photoshop skills suck. But if someone is going to, make sure the picture is accurate. It was 20*F, make sure we can tell just by looking at the bunny on the hood that it was freezing outside...
Nothing major today, quick trip the the junkyard and found the remnants of a nice pair of seats, with nice cig burns.
A quick hour after getting home, this was my dining room,
And I had a nice matching recovered armrest courtesy of the vinyl backs of those cig-burned seats.
Now I can hold out for a leather pad without getting twitches when sitting in a truck with a mis-matched armrest, because that was driving me absolutely crazy.
I've been to I don't know how many junkyards, trying to find a friggin' Dark Graphite armrest, they're always ripped obviously. Considered the RIPT kit, etc., etc... Then it hit me- the back of the front seats are vinyl... Cut it out, and make one, you lazy American!
