Cut D44 ends. Capping off cut end with 3/8" plate

Cast vs. forged. First set of beams I made for the Expo (which is further back in this post) were cast 2wd ones and I kept breaking the spindles and bearings. I've always heard the cast ones are weaker, however, I never seemed the crack or bend the ends themselves.
