PLEASE HELP - Installing 2.11 - appears stuck...

I'm at the 45 minute mark.
Seems to be stuck at:

Installing file 3 0f 6
SyncMyRide\BT4T-14F497-AP.zip​

Also the flash drive is not lighting up anymore. How much longer do I wait? Should I turn off the car? Take out the flash drive? I'm upgrading from 2.4

Never mind. Now things are a mess. Wish I'd stayed with 2.4
Got in touch with online chat function & was told to remove flash drive & do a bunch of other things.

I think it's time to visit your dealer There may be something else going on that is causing the install not to work. Can you also tell me what software version your Explorer says:

MENU > HELP > SYSTEM INFO > CCPU S/W VERSION:

Your system says you are still at 2.4. What troubleshooting did the chat agent have you do? Since you are still showing at 2.4 on our end and yours, I would have to think nothing has changed. I'm going to stick to my original answer and recommend going to your dealer.
