Zip ties and duct tape always works good.

I have some bling red duct tape too. Hmm. Maybe I should turn this into a poll?

Blee did you makes yours out of 1/4"?? These ones are pretty dang heavy.

Yeah.. a little bit. :p

These things take a long time to weld up. Maybe I should break out the JB Weld.

Well I got one of them all capped and ready to be almost put on. :p I used up all the 2" flat bar I had in my scrap pile. So I'll have to pick up some more tomorrow to cap the second one. :(

Yeah guys Im kinda stuck in the middle of nowhere, no fab shops, no off-road shops, and Section no airport nearby either. Jeff and Ben are probably the closest and best bet for sliders *hint hint* Maybe I should just learn how to weld myself.

You should see if Jeff would be interested in doing some for you. I bet he could have them done pretty quick.

I'm up early today. Going to get some metal at Tractor Supply ($99.00 a foot  ) so I can finish these pigs.

Looks good so far. 99 bucks a foot?! That's pretty pricey..

99 bucks a foot does seem kinda pricey

Okay, it ended up only being about $2.50 a foot.

So, how close is everyone getting these to the pinch welds? Does this seem like a good spot for them?

I shouldn't cut the whole pinch weld out, correct? So I think this is about as close as I should get it.

Colin, Stuc-o, Jefe, anyone? :p

Mine are butted up against the ouside face of the pinch weld (not below). Is there a reason why you want them underneath it like that? I have yet to hit the pinch weld on anything since the sliders were built, (And i spend ALOT of time on them ;) )
