We will find plenty there to test your truck. Pics can be decieving of what trucks look like. Ricks is far from stock with a 44 front. Farkee has a 44 And ill push it locked front rear on 33"s as well as many others. When i ran last 2 years I have ended up taking some damage both times trying to push my luck. Just follow me rangerX farkee rick tdavis and we will find plenty of trouble.

Last year I was on a generic lift kit with 33s and gears. The first run I went on was sorta a altogether run that had some hard stuff but was bypassable. The main runs were split. I took the easy run because I was open diffs front and rear. I had no problems but still had fun. The hardcore run sounded good. body damage was had and I think someone snapped an axle. I'll probably still run the easy trails this year cause I'm still open but now I can go fast and really play inbetween the runs. I guarentee you that we can find something to break your truck on, get stuck on, or flip it on it's lid if you're REALLY HARDCORE.

As long as I can either have my wife come along on the run, or if she'll be okay @ home, then I'll make it out. She now has Lupus which makes her sick from all UV-A and UV-B rays from sunlight, florescent, and Halogen light, so she's not the desert rat (or, princess) she was just 6 months ago...I'll try my best to make it!

Prerun4fun - Since you're in Simi Valley, it's not that far to drive and have some fun out there. And believe me, there is plenty to test your truck out there on.

Well, unless something drastic comes up at work, I am definately in for this. Now I need to sell my stock wheels and Goodyears so I can get the rock sliders I want! And for the guy in Simi Valley that hasn't wheeled with the guys from this board yet; believe me the heavy hitters here could find carnage and trouble at the AZ run earlier this year! Well, I have a b-day and Christmas between now and then, so I guess I better plan to ask for stuff that I can use for this

I am all signed up. Last year my truck turned 1000 miles at Truckhaven, now I have got a few mods done to it. With any luck I should be lifted with sliders by then. And I am locked in the front now too.

But I think I'll stay on the moderate stuff and save my body panels.

Hey Rick the last photo of the Navajo brings back memories. Thats Jeep hill where I grenaded the driver side yoke. I can still hear the explosion. It was so strong a piece of fragment bent the housing outward. I think you got it on video. Do you still have it? I'll like to see it again or get a copy to relive old times until I get my rig back.

I am interested in going. After talking with some people who have been before and finding out how much fun it is, it may be worth the drive and I could possibly visit my brther in CA too. So I need to know if anybody else from CO plans to make this trip so we could caravan, much safer to travel with a group of Ex's incase something goes haywire.

So I'm a definate possible maybe at this point, gotta see about getting time off, I am shooting for the Slabs run right now, alot to do between now and then! front carreir ith ARB going in this weekend along withthe 4" leafs, then next week I hope to at least fit the fenders and get started on my on board air for the ARB..........
