Winter, is that your bumper?? It all looks sick fo sho.

Last time I was wheelin' with Winter he mentioned that was a pre fabbed bumper for a Jeep that he modded to fit...i'm sure that was easy compared to the rest of the build:p:

Thanks DB your right it is a Hanson 62" bumper for a jeep. I asked if they would sell it less paint, so I made some small changes to the back to get it to fit.;) I will be putting together a few more pics once I finish mounting the shock. I know there will be some questions so bare with me, I am just super busy and want to finish alittle more before I let the cat out of the bag. Looking forward to seeing everyone in a couple of weeks.......

Didn't mean to answer for you Winter, I just figured it would be another year before your next post:p: Can't wait to see the finished project.

Some people would insist that wheel travel like that is useless..

I disagree. The zuk could rear end could do that, and it's a incredible feeling when it does it on the trail!

Looks like it's actually a front bumper fitted to the rear..

Holy friggin crap, I think I need to change my pants...

That is beautiful.

hmm... I foresee some modifications to my truck after I finish its current setup.. At least it solves my problems for bigger than a 37 in the rear! haha

Awesome work guys, my jaw hit the floor when I first checked this thread out. Just need more pics ;)

Keep up the amazing craftsmanship.

will this be getting skins? Hard to tell from the pics if the rear doors can be notched and fit back on the truck

looks amazing thus far! Interested to see how that rear is setup to get that much articulation

we could really use some updated pics Colin. Also I think Lambo doors and then the license plate "THATGUY" need to be put on this truck, but I'm sure in California "THATGUY" vanity plate is on a waiting list for years.

I know they haven't set an expected date of completion at all, but is this thing even close? I'm anxious to see it!

It's getting as close as it can with Winter working alone, after his 14hr days at his job and being a newlywed. I haven't seen it lately, but I know he's got some decent progress since the last time I was there.

Work has come to a stop for the month of June. Fishing Trip's, Birthday's, Father Day, and the most important day of all, his first wedding aniv. you can't blame the guy, he's got alot going on. But before he took the time off he made a special effort to get the cage work done, so now it's on to the sheet metal etc. The rear door's will work just like they are stock, with the fiberglass put back on for street legal use, and then taken off for the offroading part. The front end is going to look killer. It will have two different look's to it. One for street legal and one for rockcrawling (can't let the cat out of the bag on the detail's yet on that) and some high tech stuff thrown in also (more on that later) and a bunch of really cool accessories. So have some more patiences, it will be worth it.

Paul did you find those headlights you were looking for?;)

Very Nice!!! Can't wait to see it;)

It looks like the exo cage portion comes off (sans the "luggage rack" box above the roof between c and d pillars) with 16 bolts?
I can only imagine what is planned for the front

"Hold on I'll be there in an hour, I have to convert from street to trail real quick!"

sick

I do have a ton of pics of this thing, but it's not my place to post them. :)

Jamie - I think the transformation from street to dirt will be ~15-20 dzus tabs.

Is it Jamie or Jaime? I think I've typed both equal amount of times. :D
