I'm not 50-50 on that one !

Nice raider !! Nice ! ditto on the tinting :)

I felt like you at least needed a decent look at it.. ;)

I don't mind it, but I think it's better stock.

We'll see... you did much better than I... haha
If I have enough scrap vinyl, we might see how it looks.... hmmm

Thank for all the feedback!

...the grey Ex with the dark vinyl looks great because the colors are near each other on the color scale.

the red is so bright, are there other vinyl colors available?

There are some posts here where a ruby red Sport was done nicely with custom lights & carbon wrap around the rear spoiler-the vinyl looked reddish/purple...but it was photographed at sunset for full effect and hard to tell what the vinyl color was.

If you find dark but still red or purple vinyl, it may be more of a match. It may still look like a floating roof from farther back, and just a plain old kick arse accent up close.

...must be a bit of work though....looks nice anyway...

Doesnt look as bad as I thought but stock looks better IMO.

It's the body lines that throw me off on the look. The curve on the back door. If that curve when straigh towards the rear window, thrn it would look ok, but that curve visually throws me off.

Hi, thought of posting a full side shot for a better visual of how it looks. If anyone can photoshop my ride of having tinted glass is appreciated

Yours reminds me of a racoon for some reason.

I wonder what doing the roof bits black would look like?

I thought I'd add my two cents if you dont mind. :) I think the difference is if the lower panels are color matched to the paint. Makes the flowing line of dark window look thinner and seems to blend better? I dont know, lol. This is what I came up with.

I think it looks like a Flex, but worse because it wasn't designed that way. There are no lines to allow this to look clean. That pillar is one of the key features that gives this vehicle it's particular look.

You can try it with plasti dip paint kit if only for a test.
ArmorAll has kits in Walmart, auto shops.

Not a fan of the floating roof. I wrapped my front pillars in silver vinyl, and black matte vinyl on the rear pillars as well as the in between the front and rear windows.

What is this??! Ghost Busters Zombie Response Vehicle on tiny wheels?! Too many "stickers" and badges and fake vents...this is walmart modding at its best. Sorry man to be hating on your truck, glad you like it, but if it's on the internet, it will be judged!

That was rough, much appreciated.

haha yeah sorry man I think I was a bit harsh....can happen from forum overload lol, too many forums.... I think it would look cleaner without the extra badges though, especially on the rear pillar and I find the bull bar just doesn't work on this vehicle, kinda makes it look like it has underbite or something....sorry probably not making you feel any better. Bottom line is, to each their own and if we all had the same taste then we would all drive the same looking vehicles and that would be boring.

The Buick stickers ruin it.

Love it, 'Walmart Modding'!
Don't forget the high performance 'caliper covers'! :D

I think that if you extended it up to the roof it would look 10x better. Give you that two tone look. Maybe someone can do a photoshop?
