Ya thats right. Though it was a 1354 but i didn't notice the front output. That's getting cut off though heh.

Hey, where did you get that PA at? Is it one of those big horns? Where's it mounted? Sorry for all the questions but I can't find one ANYWHERE around here...and currently only have the 5 watt. :o

Got mine at radio-shack for ~30$. It's a 60 watt i think. It's painted black right behind the grille on the drivers side. Tranny cooler is on the other side.

Yup, I painted mine black it points straight forward, no one even notices its there.

Started on the doubler today.

Well, in about an hour or so I'm runnin up to homedepot to get some more grade 8 bolts and then I'll bolt my winch plate up and run the wires etc for my winch.

But first, this is everything that will be in the t-case for the doubler. Front planetary/inputshaft, front planetary shift-fork, and output shaft.

Looks good. I'm trying to talk a rich kid at my school into selling me his Warn 9k that's just there for looks (got the Land Rover from his bro who wheeled it twice and it hasn't seen dirt in a year or two).

I'm probably gonna run up to the shack and see if they have that PA there since it just started raining after I put in the bushings :(

These pics have my PA mounting bmxking ;).

Didn't get the winch mounted all the way. Its a warn plate and MM winch, I gotta grind a hair off of the rear mounting legs of the winch so that it can slide back 1/16" so the holes will line up, and so theres room for bolts for the roll-fairlead. I cut some of the grille support out, and I'll have to notch the grille-surround so the solenoid box will fit.

Dang, you really can't see it with the grille in. Looks good and thanks for the pic :)

lookin good !!!! itll look sweet with the grille back on

Winch and mount look great! They help cover the gap nicely too. You still planning on removing the body lift?

Lmao at the fog light. :D

looks good!

Awesome job on the fog light!

Youv'e done some really nice work on this project. But I'm just a little concerend about that last pic compared to the top pic. It really looks like the radiator has some serious blockage of fresh cool air. The bottom looks to be blocked by the winch. Then above that is some kind of body panel. Then the top right has some sort of horn that blocks that area. The top left has a tranny cooler and when air exits that it will be heated up by transfering heat to the air and then that air is going thru radiator. I have not read the entire thread and maybe it works fine. But if you have not driven it yet, this way in the last pic. I'd keep an eye on the gauge especially during summer. Again this is a nice build and like to see more.

The PA speaker has been on there for about a year and a half and I've never had a problem with the truck running hot/above normal. The tranny cooler wil be moved up so as to clear the solenoid "box" that sits on top of the winch. I might get rid of the PA speaker if it does indeed want to run a little warm. I do plan on installing an electric fan so that could help to.

Thanks for the compliments. If it stops raining by the time I get out of class I should have the winch installed and functional by tonight.

Got it all figure out.

When I get taxes back this year, i'm going to build a truss for my rear axle. Going to run 2.5" .250 wall 40" long lowers with 3/4" heims. 35" 1.5" .250 wall uppers with 5/8" heims. Roughly 6-7" verticle seperation at the axle. Uppers will be triangulated at close to 40*. Lowers will mount on the outside of the frame-rail so as to keep them off the rocks.

I'm going to run coil-overs through the bed and mount them to hoops that will mount on the frame and connect to each other with another tube and hopefully tie that into a spare tire carrier.

I will have to re-locate my gas-tank to the truckbed, i'm just going to mount the straps to the floor of the bed.

running the straps to the truck bed is not safe.there better be some sort of brace underneath to the tank

In between the bolts there is a crossmember type deal b/t where the bolts go through the bed. If not up near the cab I'll put one in or some type of supports.

I don't want to deal with a fuel cell and hooking up all the EVAP system to it. Unless I can find someone thats done it and see what all I'll have to do.
