2002 Sport Trac SAS

I have 2 sub boxes that are fiberglass on the backside and molded to the interior to make room. They are only 8's but it hits very hard for me at least.

This truck is freakin' SWEET!!!!

NICE JOB!

Chad did an extremely clean swap, drives and rides nice on the road. To be able to drive from St.Louis, MO to Moab, UT and then thru Colorado to Ouray and thru several Mountain passes and back home is amazing. This is one of my favorite rigs on this site, A++ work.

Also it was not street queen at Moab, we pointed at some nasty side obstacles and Chad was all for them it's is one heck of a climber. I thought he was gonna roll it a couple times was crazy.

Nomination for truck of the Month*********

Shortly before this picture was where I was pretty nervous for ya- Chad and I wasnt even in your truck :)

Thanks everyone for comments.
I was scared of rolling it also. But it was on those off chambers on hells revenge. We will have to see what we can do on the next trip ot there.:D:thumbsup:

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, your truck is awesome Chad. Man, I miss Moab.

did you do all of the work yourself for the SAS or was it put in a shop. id love to do it but id have to put it in the shop for all the fabrication. any idea how much that would run?

I guess following me around Moab and looking at my Rock Crusher cover gave you the bug for your own! :p:

Looks great, that cover is serious armor and has that "Bling" factor to boot!

I did all the work myself, in my little 2 car garage. Click the link below that says My SAS Thread.

thats bad ass did u make that cross member and shackle mounts or did u buy them?

where did u buy the shackle mounts? and how did u know exactly where to put them? Did u have to get the front realigned?

Bought the shackle outriggers from ruffstuff. As for placement you have to measure the leafsprings. And I did my own alignment, not much to change on a solid axle.

alright sweet thanks for the help, i really appreciate it

whoa!!!! your truck is SWEET!!! not sure how i missed this before. nice work! i bet this thing looks like a beast in person!
