Yep.you will never see another like it

Hey JD, figured I would post this message here and also in Don's thread. I recently found myself randomly stalling, no start, no spark, and if I am not mistaken some erratic converter issues. The cause? The crank position sensor, which took about a week to figure out. Now I am sure your curious to know how old this sensor was? Well I replaced it and the harmonic balancer last year in July. Now I don't think this will effect you unless you replaced yours for the updated version harmonic balancer. Now with all that said, if you find yourself with similar issues check that badboy out. It will even cause stalling on a level flat road. Now my question, it's the weekend. Where are those pictures? After catching up on your thread, I am curious to see how it looks and sounds.

This is verra exciting JD.

Phix, great you figured it out finally!

JD, I envy parts of your build that I wish I would have taken the time with. Once again, I think I can honestly say your heat wrap skills are superb.

ok the update everyone wants.its DONE:D:D:D:Ddidnt really run into any problems, went just as planned.only one thing that i didnt expect was one spark plug wire is too short.i have Manacore wires so im going to give them a call and have them send me a new wire.that one seemed to arc off the block when it got wet anyways.i do still have some to do tho.need to hook the pcv, change the plugs, engine oil and new belts.hopefully he will have the base tune done Monday and its going in on Tuesday for the dyno tune ;)im really happy with the way it turned out,it looks FREAKN SICK!!!!!:D:Dits killing me not being able to start it:(

JD, I didn't want to say it but I told Don the same thing. I am a tad worried about your coil pack configuration you have, I have talked to a few RPS members and noted that you can get misfires when the charger gets hot. Given your hood and attention to keeping heat away I see it only as a possible issue.
