Barack Obama linked 2nd gen. SAS

The problem is that the Explorer is too heavy -- man I need to build a bugeeeeyy

I feel ya there...someday maybe:cool:

Did you ever post up your bro's pics or link to pics from when you came out to T-haven or did I miss it?

When you put the bushings on the axle end of the links did you mount them parallel to the axle or perpendicular to the inks and adjust in the brackets?

It should be parallel with however you have it on the chassis end.

On my links, they are perpendicular to the links and the tabs/brackets are the ones that are angled.

Let me be the first to congratulate you on your nomination for president! Good Game!:D

Hehe thanks Mr. Kennedy! How goes it on the west coast? How are the horses? Safe and sound I hope!!

Going down to the ranch for a ride in a few minutes, actually. Its a little hot today in So Cal, in the low 80's. When you coming out again? Hey, after you lose the election, of course. You won't be so busy on the campaign trail then.:D;)

"A little hot in So Cal, in the low 80s" <-- that statement makes my blood boil because its almost 100 here and the humidity is just ridiculous.

Not sure when I'll be coming out again, maybe at the end of summer, or maybe the same Turkey run you guys have.

Since this is related:

Apparently someone makes an output flange for the t-case with in grooves for a tone ring. The pics below are on a full-size Bronco's transfer case so I dunno if these guys make output flanges for the 1345/4405s or whatever (give em a call, they might even be the same flange). But here's the contact info and some pics for anyone swapping out the Ford 8.8:
