Yes, I did last week. I spoke with the sales manager, but he was clueless
I'll call them back again.

Update
Our frames are indeed in California-
since they have to go back to Georgia, they are making ap a half batch and shipping it today. I should have this by no later than Thursday.

The full batch will be sent back, they will send out our other half and melt down the rest.

Keep your fingers crossed.

I was told the boxes are labeled and then the product is boxed-
they are changing this process now.

I was told I should receive them today-I am waiting for a return call for a tracking number.
