First Gen Explorer/Raptor at LS Fest 2022?

Saw this in the "Freaks and Crazy LS-Swapped Rides at the 2022 Holley LS Fest!" HOT ROD article.

No description, it's just included in the photo album. I recognized the side mirror and window lines as a 90s Ex right away. Anyone know anything about it?

perrys fab n fiber iirc makes a raptor conversion at least for the 2g so i imagine the same for a 1g. as such, its probably a 1g with that on it, and maybe some motor upgrades etc
