I'll be out there by thursday morning, possibly sooner. Still dunno if it'll be with my truck or if I'm going to have to beg a passenger seat from somebody, though!

John and I (and a few others) usually get into Moab sometime Thursday, setup camp, and hit a short trail. Then there are usually scheduled runs Fri, Sat, and Sun.

It just makes good sense - It's a long drive and you should get as much time wheeling as possible!

I will probably arrive sometime Fri. I don't want to take too much time off work.

Tim

jesus linds.....well i'll be out there either thursday or friday...if we're wheeling on fri ill be there for it...

I'll be arriving Thursday night. Are we at the Canyonlands Campground again?

I will be new to your group this year and looking forward to meeting all of you that show up. I have wheeled moab a couple of times before but never with the setup I have now, I was always stock and had a great time, did a couple 3 1/2 rated trails. I did run the rubicon last sept with this setup so I am looking forward to moab this year.I will be there all week starting on the sat the 12th doing some atv riding and a run or two with the so cal early bronco club whice will be there the same time as the explorer guys.I have a 2001 sport with the normal mods, tt lift, 2"bl,shackle kit, sport-trac springs, rancho 9000 shocks,33-10.5-15 bfg at,custom rock sliders, 4:88 gears, aussie locker front and the auborn e-locker in the rear.and skid plates. Is there a plan for meeting up so we all can meet and have dinner or a beer?

we will meet up and there will be group dinners for sure

"DRIVERS MEETING!!"

Where is everyone staying??? I was thinking the KOA.

Tim

I am planning on coming. Will be there Friday mid-afternoon and leave Monday AM. Probably going to stay in a hotel. I can lead the easy/medium trails for the stockers again this year as well. I will also forward the dates and info to my magazine writer friend so we might get some magazine coverage this year (no promises though).

I am going to try my hardest to get out there again this year. If we do are you planning on doing your Friday afternoon loop?? If so we might join you again, that was a lot of fun last year.

Spa's, I don't think you will have any trouble finding a vehicle to get a ride in. Your always welcome in ours unless you are afraid to ride with PWSX4, he might drive a lot again this year. :p: :D

So far he hasn't said anything about taking the Sami. SSSHHHHHHH, I don't want to find a bigger trailer. :D

All those RV'ing or camping usually stay at the Canyonlands Campground. Its on-par with the KOA and is a lot closer to the action.

I took a look at their site, how many people plan on staying there? We could get a group together and reserve a spot.

I am going to schedule my vac time next week.

HAHAHA, you don't skeer me!! ;)

As much as I would love to drive mine out, I'm going to need every penny for Blackjack, so more than likely I'll be flying into Denver again, and probably hitching a ride out with LT. Or renting a Hertz Gt :D

Possibly, it will depend on what the trail itinerary will look like for the stock group (I wouldnt want to run it twice). I will definately do some trail Friday afternoon. Hope you can make it Perry

Usually about half of the group will stay there.

Right now I am about 50/50 on attending.

If anyone wants to make it to Arkansas, they can ride with me. Limited quantities of course. :)

Think I am going to get me a couple of extra cv's and tie rods to take with me. Anybody else know what else IFS or otherwise parts I need to take as spares.

Well, by the looks of it there will be a group headin out of Denver. I'll be new (Nothing but Urban off roading as of yet) with a mostly stock X. The fiancee will be coming with and maybe even a Heep, if he can swing it. We'll see as money and time allow.

Oh, and it is Chocolate, ftw.
